Research and Development for Environmental Conservation

The R & D team consists of professional and competent employees, including more than 50 technicians with a master's degree or senior title; it has also established close partnerships with Tsinghua University, Beijing University of Science and Technology, and Kunming University of Science and Technology. In addition to that, it has cooperated with a group of well-known experts, and it has a provincial R & D center for engineering technologies, as well as an academician center.

Key Research and Development Area

Recycling and utilization of secondary non-ferrous metals and rare earth metals, melting of hazardous waste under a high temperature, effective utilization of vitrified products, recycling and utilization of industrial waste salt, etc.

Main Achievements

It owns more than 20 independent intellectual property rights for industrialization technologies, including: recycling of polymetallic solid waste, recycling of decommissioned electronic products, vacuum distillation of complex tin alloy, waste melting under a high temperature, pollution-free disposal of liquid waste, recycling of sodium chloride, comprehensive utilization of fly ash, etc.

Technological Awards

●The set of technologies for decommissioned electronic product disposal and non-ferrous metal recycling & demonstration won a first prize of the Science and Technology Awards 2014 of the China Nonferrous Metals Industry Association.

● 'Key Technologies and Industrialization Project for Clean Production of Complex Polymetallic Materials' won a first prize of the Science and Technology Awards 2015 of the China Nonferrous Metals Industry Association.

● 'New Technology and Industrialization Project for Complex Tin Alloy Vacuum Distillation' won a second prize of the State Science and Technology Progress Awards 2015.

● 'Key Technologies and Industrialization Project for Clean and Efficient Recycling of Complex Polymetallic Solid Waste' won a first prize of Jiangxi Science and Technology Progress Awards 2017.
