Zhefu has a R&D team of more than 300 employees who are responsible for the development of hydropower and nuclear products. It also has a post-doctoral center, a key research institution of Zhejiang Province, etc. Consisting of mainly young and middle-aged employees, the R & D team has a rational age structure, and it is properly equipped with all required employees with different specializations. It can independently develop various types of hydro generator sets and pump sets, and it is skillful in developing non-standard equipment.

Environmental R&D

The R & D team consists of professional and competent employees, including more than 50 technicians with a master's degree or senior title; it has also established close partnerships with Tsinghua University, Beijing University of Science and Technology, and Kunming University of Science and Technology. In addition to that, it has cooperated with a group of well-known experts, and it has a provincial R & D center for engineering technologies, as well as an academician center.
